Series 6000A 3-Flute Finishing End Mills

Regular Length/Center Cutting/Single End

The 3-flute end mill is a special design that allows for a smoother cutting action than 2-flute end mills. Having fewer flutes than multi-flute end mills allows for more spac in between the flutes. Three-flute end mills often produce an acceptable finish in many roughing operations. Faster feed rates can be used. Three-flute end mills are excellent for slotting operations.
