Cutting Tools Solid carbide end mills run at extremely impressive feed and speed rates. In some cases, they can be run at 3x the rates of HSS end mills. Using solid carbide end mills results in better surface finish on the workpiece and extended tool life over conventional HSS and Cobalt end mills.
